Ordering Process

Step 1 : Chat with us to check the current price and stock situation of the item. Chat is located at the bottom right of the page. Note that you'll have to be logged in to see past messages or see missed reply. As guest account, you'll only see the reply if you are still in the page. A copy of the reply will be sent to your email, ensure you check your spam/junk mail too.

Some email provider like your work or education institute have their own filter, which may cause the email to not reach you entirely so avoid using such email addresses.

2. If the item is available and the price is acceptable, checkout your item, if the item price has increased, we'll edit the order amount on our end

3. Message us to ask for payment information or wait for our chat/mail. Payment is via bank transfer, paynow or paylah for singapore and wise/revolut transfer/buying our store giftcard with paypal for overseas customers

4. Wait for news of the item

5. Once item is ready to collect or deliver, you will be notified via email
